Ms. Colburn has led numerous government audits including Incurred Cost, Systems Audits and Pre-Award. She successfully led the implementation of a new ERP system, Deltek Costpoint.
In addition, she has an in-depth understanding of (D)FAR flow down clauses, month-end close, contract lifecycle expertise from bid and proposal (e.g. RFP/FOA/BAA), pre-award audits, contract negotiations, contract execution and contract close out.
